Hello. We've just had our hallway decorated and have bags full of old wood-chip wallpaper that has been taken down. It's been on the walls for about 40 years so any paste left on it is very dry. Would our HotBin digest this please? We'r rather not just chuck it away and if it can make compost it would be great. Thank you!

My thoughts would be it would be OK to compost it. My concerns would be the emulsion paint (if any) on it and the sheer pain of reducing the size of pieces to satisfactorily go in the HotBin. Maybe you would need to feed the paper to the HotBin a little at a time else it may clump and prevent the air movement up through the material.
