What other advice can we give you?
To maintain a steady temperature the bacteria in your HOTBIN needs a fresh supply of new waste regularly so we would advise feeding your HOTBIN 2 to 3 times a week. It doesn’t matter if your kitchen caddy is only half full, just chuck in the waste you do have every other day or so and that should stop the bacteria from going hungry.
