Best time to empty bin and other challenges!

My bin is full and the door is starting to come away. I have put mixed medium in it but am not getting it to top temperature at present.

I think there is compost to use but am not sure I am doing this properly.

When is the right time to remove the compost?

Can I store it when I remove it (as I am no longer able to add any more waste as it is full)

Hi,

I remove the stuff from the bottom even when it doesn't look 100% ready to make room for fresh material. I store the compost I remove in a cold bin and let it cure. Once the cold bin is full, i start removing it from the bottom and have a continual source of compost when I need it.
