Have you found that when emptying the leachate out of the bin, it usually drips over the floor?
well to combat that, apply a small 6mm bead of silicon sealant right at the base line, below the screw cap. No more drips👍.

To improve on the silicon bead, make a crest shape in case the bin is not exactly level.
