Valve Broken

Hi all, some dastardly squirrels have ripped off the valve on my hotbin. Before I buy a replacement valve, I was wondering if you think the damage is too extensive to the lid for it to work? If it is, is it possible to buy a replacement lid? Thank you!

From the photos you have provided it doesn’t look as if the damage to the raised panel is substantial enough to affect the operating temperature of the HOTBIN, however if a rodent sees this has already been attached they may try again in the same place.
