Bin is full but not up to temp

My bin is almost full and not up to temp.

I do not have enough room to put the hot water canister into the bin. Is there any other way I can get my hotbin up to temperature?

Guess there is lots of things that could be causing a problem. As long as you have a mixture if materials and plenty of bulking agent (I use shredded hedge trimmings) so it is not a soggy mass you should be OK. A trick I use in winter when there are lots of browns and little greens is to mix in some chicken pellet fertiliser, this really seems to get the heat up again.
