Adding paper

The amount of paper you need to add depends on how wet the mix is, after a while you can judge this, if the mix goes anaerobic and smelly then it is probably too wet so more paper needed. I find that kitchen waste with salad stuff or fruit is wetter than other waste so more paper needed, plus a bit of torn up corrugated cardboard. If bin is in green temperature zone and does not stink then your mix is OK. Hope this helps
