It might work, but,
It's a light bin and subject to wind effect and the lid has blown off four times in the last 24 hours - even with a heavy rock on it - so any heat from the startup process has been lost!
I don't know how much 15 litres of bulking agent is, but I was expecting more than a few scraps of bark and wood in a bag! My first handful included one piece 4-5 inches by 1 inch!
