Lectate leaking through air hole

Can anyone advise?

I've assumed this leakage is just normal - excess water running down the inside of the front panel. I've had it happen from time to time and rain seems to make it worse.

Looks healthy enough colour wise. It's happened to me but less if I unscrew the blue cap regularly sometimes x 3 daily... that's lockdown for you!
