Our paper is mostly brown paper bags kitchen and toilet roll inners or semi brown packaging paper. Ive noticed that our finished compost which looks and smells ok but when spread out on a veg bed dries very hard - lumps are as hard as stones almost. Is this something to do with the paper ?
