The Compost Cop

Hi, my name is Freddie, 47 married with two kids and work as a Police Inspector in Kent. I believe we all have a responsibility to manage our own food and garden waste through home composting but I find it frustrating that many people do not. I think my Local Authority could do more and I am lobbying them to do so. I also think we need to come up with products that engage younger people so we can catch them early. Why has no one come up with a cool compost bin for kids? It could be bright and fun and debunk myths that composting is all about pallets and carpets and allotments. Pleased to be here and contribute and learn.
