HI! My name is Amanda and I'm a little intimidated by the HotBin, but I'm excited to be here. I have named my HotBin "Harry." Seemed the way to go. I will have mostly food waste, since I live in an apartment, but I'm hoping that will still be OK. Not sure if my starting attempt will work out because my food waste has been sitting and waiting for me to set up my HotBin and I had a lot of liquid in the waste container. But I'll give it a try. Hopefully, the worst case scenario will just mean I have to start over
