Good afternoon; I have just removed the bottom part of hotbin contents for the first time. It was difficult and rather disappointing. I shall have to mount the bin on a plinth because being wrong side of 70 I cannot reach to the back of the bin. The major problem though, and I would welcome advice, is that after 6 weeks the bin needed to be emptied as it could take no more, even when running at 60C+, the material though was still largely intact. There needs then to be a tricky balance between feeding it enough to keep the temp. up and leaving enough space to allow a 3 month turnaround. Any ideas, advice, abuse welcome.
