I am a bit disappointed by the lack of replies to messages left on this forum. I posted a query a couple of weeks ago and had no response. I note that most recent posts have also had no response.

Since the Hotbin phone support lines are currently closed it would be really good if someone from Hotbin (or other experienced users) were monitoring this forum to provide advice to new users

I agree, me too, there seems to be very little by way of responses. It’s a little frustrating when you are new to this hotbin malarkey and not having anyone who can give you support and advice.
