Hi to all. Ken, a new hotbin mk 2 owner in West Midlands. This evening my hotbin hit 50C on the lid thermometer for the first time since I set it up last Saturday afternoon. It has been tending to rise in temperature up to 40C or just under each day since Monday, but then drop to mid 20s overnight. I've added extra wood chip a couple of times and also given it a stir to ensure if had air channels. Today I added a big dose of shredded paper and shredded cardboard boxes plus around half a lite of blood, fish and bone. Hopefully it'll maintain this new high overnight.
